Mobile settings
Manage your availability, profile, notifications, and sign-out from the app's settings.
The Settings screen in the Convot agent app is where you control your availability and account while you are mobile.
The Convot agent app is available now on the App Store and Google Play.
Availability
Set yourself online, away, or offline right from your phone. This is the same availability state used by the web app and by routing - so going offline in the app stops new conversations from auto-assigning to you, just as it would on desktop.
Availability set on mobile and on the web are the same status, not separate ones. Changing it in either place updates everywhere.
Your profile
View your profile - name, email, and avatar. Profile edits and password changes are handled on the web dashboard under Settings > Account; the app shows your current details for reference.
Notifications
The app uses your phone’s notification permission. If pushes are not arriving, open Settings to check the status and re-request permission, or adjust it in your device’s system settings. See Push notifications for the full details.
Signing out
Tap Sign out to log out of the app. This also unregisters the device from push notifications, so you stop getting alerts on a phone you are no longer using - useful before handing off or replacing a device.
