Stop waiting for visitors to message first. Trigger Rules automatically send a chat message when a visitor matches a condition - time on site, page URL, or new vs. returning - sent as a real teammate. Nothing hits your Inbox unless they reply.

Cove now analyses the conversations it couldn’t answer and surfaces recurring gaps as a weekly list of article ideas — right inside the Knowledge Base.
Each suggestion includes an AI-generated title, description, and a plain-language explanation of the customer pain point. Click the conversation count to see which conversations contributed, create an article with the title pre-filled, or permanently dismiss topics you don’t want surfaced again.
Admins also receive a weekly email digest with the same suggestions.

Convot now knows when a merchant has just had a great support experience and can ask them for an App Store review while the feeling is fresh.
Review requests are signal-gated: Convot checks that frustration is zero, the last message was positive, the merchant has not been asked recently, and they have not already left a review. No prompts go out to unhappy or unresolved conversations.
Two modes to choose from:
You can customise the message, set a cooldown period, and choose the minimum satisfaction level for Auto mode — all in app settings.
Merchant reviews from your App Store listing also appear in the contact sidebar, so your team can see at a glance who has already reviewed and what they said.
Also if you want to manually send a review request you can do that too from the Admin

Agents can now generate a ready-to-edit reply in one click, without leaving the conversation.
Click the new Draft with AI button in the composer and Cove writes a draft grounded in your help center and the merchant’s plan and revenue, in your voice. Read it, tweak it, and send. You are always the one who hits Send.
Owners choose who gets it: open Cove AI, then the Draft AI section, and toggle access for any teammate. Owners always have it.

Convot can now post to your Slack channels when the things you care about happen — so your team stays on top of conversations and revenue without living in the inbox.
Set it up in Settings → Integrations → Slack: paste a Slack Incoming Webhook URL, pick your events, and you’re live.
We rebuilt mobile push notifications so you decide exactly what reaches your phone - instead of being pinged for everything.
Open the Convot mobile app and go to Settings > Notifications to choose what you are alerted about.
Pick your events - toggle each category on or off:
@mentions always come through - direct asks from teammates never get muted.
Everything is on by default, and your choices save to your account so they follow you across devices.

Two improvements to booked video calls and the Recordings tab.
Know exactly what happened on every call. Calls where no one admitted the notetaker (the host never joined) are now labeled Agent didn’t join instead of getting stuck on “Processing.” A customer no-show stays a clean No show, so your recordings list always reflects what actually happened.

Automatic reschedule nudge on a no-show. When your team joins a booked call but the customer never shows, Convot now emails the customer to let them know you were there and gives them a one-click link to rebook. Fewer dropped meetings, and no manual chasing.

Cove answers your customers from your help center, past answers, and docs, and hands off to a human the moment it is unsure. Turn it on per app, start in suggest mode, and graduate to auto-reply once you trust it.
Host your help center on help.yourbrand.com with a verified custom domain.
Canonical URLs, sitemaps, structured data, RSS, and an llms.txt file so your articles get found by search engines and AI assistants.

Connect your Shopify Partner account and Convot surfaces gross MRR and ARR, plan mix, and per-merchant revenue right next to the conversation. Know who you are talking to and what they are worth.
Share what you are building and what you shipped. A votable public roadmap and a branded changelog, both embeddable directly in your widget.
Upvotes, comments, and images on feature requests, plus a cleaner board that matches your brand.
Set ordered rules to route new conversations to the right teammate, with load-balanced fallback, online-agent awareness, and business-hours gating.
