Draft a reply with AI, right in the composer
Agents can now generate a ready-to-edit reply in one click, without leaving the conversation.
Click the new Draft with AI button in the composer and Cove writes a draft grounded in your help center and the merchant’s plan and revenue, in your voice. Read it, tweak it, and send. You are always the one who hits Send.
- Grounded in your docs - it answers from your help articles using the same retrieval that powers Cove, so the facts are real.
- Revenue aware - when your Shopify Partner account is connected, the draft knows whether it is replying to a paying or Plus merchant and adjusts its tone.
- You stay in control - the draft drops into your composer to review and edit. It never sends on its own.
Owners choose who gets it: open Cove AI, then the Draft AI section, and toggle access for any teammate. Owners always have it.
