Two improvements to booked video calls and the Recordings tab.

Know exactly what happened on every call. Calls where no one admitted the notetaker (the host never joined) are now labeled Agent didn’t join instead of getting stuck on “Processing.” A customer no-show stays a clean No show, so your recordings list always reflects what actually happened.

Automatic reschedule nudge on a no-show. When your team joins a booked call but the customer never shows, Convot now emails the customer to let them know you were there and gives them a one-click link to rebook. Fewer dropped meetings, and no manual chasing.

We rebuilt search on a trigram index. Queries that used to take seconds now return in milliseconds.

Every uploaded image is served from the edge and cached for a year, so your help center and widget load faster everywhere.
