Installing the agent mobile app
Download the Convot agent app for iOS and Android and sign in to your workspace.
The Convot agent app puts your inbox in your pocket. Read and reply to conversations, get push notifications for new messages, and toggle your availability - all without opening a laptop.

You can also find these links any time under Settings → Mobile App in the web dashboard.
Signing in
- Open the Convot app after installing.
- Enter the same email and password you use for Convot on the web.
- Tap Sign in.
That’s it - the app loads the same workspace, conversations, and contacts you already have. There is no separate mobile account to create.
The mobile app signs you into one organization at a time. If you belong to more than one Convot workspace, sign in with the credentials for the workspace you want to work in.
What you can do in the app
- See your inbox and open any conversation.
- Reply to customers, add private notes, and @mention teammates.
- Start a new conversation with a contact.
- View a contact’s profile and details.
- Get push notifications when you are assigned or mentioned.
- Set your availability (online / away / offline) on the go.
Some web-only features - reports, settings configuration, the AI agent setup, and billing - stay on the desktop dashboard. The app is built for the day-to-day job of answering customers.
