An overview of Convot's pricing model and what each plan includes.

Convot is designed for Shopify app developer teams of all sizes. Pricing is flat - you pay one monthly or annual fee per organization, not per seat or per conversation.

Where to find your current plan

Your current plan is visible in your organization settings. To get there, go to Settings → Organization.

What is included

All paid plans include:

  • Live chat widget with unlimited conversations.
  • Shared inbox with private notes, assignments, and tags.
  • Help center with multi-language support.
  • Changelog and roadmap board.
  • Status page.
  • Scheduling (meeting types and booking pages).
  • Email channel.
  • AI agent (usage varies by plan).
  • Shopify revenue context.
  • Team roles and routing rules.
  • Analytics and reports.

Higher plans add more seats, more apps, higher AI agent usage limits, and priority support.
