Upgrading and Downgrading

How to change your Convot plan.

Changing your plan

To upgrade or downgrade, email us at [email protected] with your organization name and the plan you want to move to. We’ll process the change and confirm by email.

We’re working on self-serve plan management in the product. Until that’s available, email is the fastest path.

What happens to your data

Your data - conversations, contacts, help center articles, roadmap, changelog, and all other content - is never deleted when you change plans. If you downgrade to a plan with a lower limit (for example, fewer apps or a lower AI usage cap), features that exceed the new limit are paused rather than deleted. You can restore access by upgrading again.

Pausing your account

If you need to pause rather than cancel (seasonal products, side projects, etc.), reach out and we’ll work something out.
