Revenue and MRR Dashboard

Understand what the Shopify revenue dashboard shows and how to read it.

Updated June 11, 2026

The revenue dashboard is at Revenue in the main navigation. It aggregates your Shopify Partner transaction data into metrics your whole support team can see.

ℹ️

The revenue dashboard is only available once you’ve connected the Shopify Partner API. See Connecting the Shopify Partner API.

What the dashboard shows

Top-level metrics

The dashboard opens with a row of KPI cards for the selected time range:

  • MRR - monthly recurring revenue, normalized from all active subscriptions (30-day, annual, and 90-day billing intervals are all converted to a monthly run-rate).
  • ARR - MRR annualized.
  • Active merchants - the count of merchants on an active or trialing subscription.
  • New MRR - new subscription revenue started in the period.
  • Churned MRR - revenue lost from cancelled subscriptions in the period.
  • ARPU - average revenue per active merchant.
  • LTV - estimated lifetime value.

Trend charts

Below the KPI cards you’ll see trend charts for MRR over time. Use the time range filter (Yesterday, 7d, 30d, 90d, 12m) to zoom in or out.

Revenue by app

If you have multiple Shopify apps linked, an App filter lets you isolate one product’s numbers.

Merchant list

The bottom of the page lists individual merchants. Clicking a merchant opens a detail drawer showing their subscription history, plan, and events.

Time range and filters

Use the range picker in the top-right to change the period. You can also filter by a specific linked app using the app dropdown.

Merchant detail drawer

Click any merchant row to open a detail panel that shows:

  • Their current plan and subscription status.
  • MRR contribution.
  • Lifecycle events (install, uninstall, plan changes).

The same drawer is accessible when you click View in Revenue from the Shopify sidebar panel inside a conversation.

Importing historical data

On first connect, Convot backfills your full transaction history. A banner shows while the import is in progress. Charts appear once the initial import is complete. Large accounts can take a few minutes.

Permissions

The revenue dashboard is only visible to Owners by default. Admins can be granted access to it individually under Settings → Team by an owner.
