Add Mobile to Chatbox Restrictions
On the Shopify App the Chatbox Button is hidden under the Shopify toolbar. The simplest solution on mobile would be to add to Chatbox Restrictions the option to hide the Chatbox on mobile.

This is actually there. Pleaes check Chatbox Behaviour. There is the option to hide chatbox on mobile devices
